Make Your Glass, 2010
The “Make your glass” design is about the diversity of glasses, which is achieved by splitting the glasses in two parts. Every glass has a top and a base, which can be combined with other tops and bases from the set as both parts have a magnet to connect them. Numerous combinations of colours, sizes and shapes are possible. Tops can be used detached for serving soft drinks. These magnets are also suitable for a dishwasher as they can sustain a temperature up to 80˚ degrees.
Another advantage of “make your glass” is that when you turn the top upside down and fit the base inside of it, it saves space. That is very useful as well as for the package as in the cupboard.
